On April 25, 2025, I invited workers from the Citadelle de Marseille, Acta Vista and Bao Formation to share a meal in the haut-fort (fortress courtyard). For the Really Big Meal, we spent the morning cooking together in mixed teams: inclusion workers, team leaders, cultural programmers, kitchen experts, weekend potato-cutters, the hungry and the small-appetite.

The Really Big Meal is a pretext for getting together, creating social mortar, bonding and hoping the glue sets. Mortar has to be taken care of, whether it’s in the walls or in between people.
